Communication

We are in an age where bad communication is a thing of the past.  We have cell phones, email, texting, etc. so it shouldn't be so hard to get ahold of someone.  Last night I tried to get ahold of my boss while he was at home but to no avail.  The man lives in a house with 4 children and a wife so it shouldn't be too hard to get ahold of him.  When I asked him why I couldn't get ahold of him on his house phone he said that it wasn't charged.  Now you would think that having 4 young adult children the phone would be charged.  I don't know...
