3rd day of bad back pain

This is the third day that I have been of work with extreme lower back pain.  I went to the doctor yesterday and he gave me a prescription for Tramadol.  They totally knock me out.  Not too much else to say except I am looking forward to my mother in law's birthday party tomorrow...
